Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed on the VIBEORX online store. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What we sell

VIBEORX creates personalized 3D balloon-style digital artwork (videos and photos) using the details you provide: date, name, balloon colors and city. All products are digital files delivered by email. Nothing is shipped.

2. Your order details

You are responsible for entering your details correctly at checkout. Please double-check spelling and dates before paying. If we make a mistake against the details you submitted, we fix it for free (see our Refund policy).

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the delivery option you choose. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders that are already paid.

4. Delivery

Standard orders are delivered within 60 minutes and Express orders within 15 minutes of payment confirmation, by email. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

5. How the artwork is made

Our artwork is created with the help of AI image and video tools and reviewed before delivery. Small artistic variations between your file and the examples on our site are normal and are not considered defects.

6. Content you submit

Don't submit names or text that are offensive, hateful, infringe someone else's rights or impersonate others. We may refuse or cancel such orders and refund you in full.

7. Use of your artwork

Once paid, you may use your file for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing it on social media and messaging apps. Reselling the file or using it in paid advertising requires our written permission. VIBEORX keeps the right to show anonymized or approved examples of its work for promotion; ask us if you'd prefer your artwork not to be shown.

8. Refunds

Because every file is personalized, completed artwork can't be returned. Our Refund policy explains when we fix, cancel or refund an order.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
