Delivery of digital artwork

VIBEORX sells digital files only. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping costs, customs fees or delivery addresses needed.

• How you receive it: your personalized video (MP4) or photo (PNG) is sent by email to the address used at checkout.
• Standard delivery: within 60 minutes of your order.
• Express delivery: within 15 minutes of your order (+$3.99).
• Didn't get it? Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still isn't there after the delivery window, reply to your order confirmation email or use our Contact page and we'll resend it right away.

Delivery times apply from the moment your payment is confirmed. In rare cases of very high demand or technical issues, delivery may take longer; if we can't deliver within 72 hours, you can request a full refund as described in our Refund policy.
