Refund policy for personalized digital artwork
Every VIBEORX video and photo is made to order with the details you provide (date, name, balloon colors and city). Because each file is personalized and delivered digitally, orders can't be returned once the artwork has been created.
What we will always do
- Fix our mistakes for free. If the delivered file doesn't match the details you submitted (for example a misspelled name or wrong date), reply to your delivery email within 7 days and we'll send a corrected version.
- Refund you if we can't deliver. If we can't deliver your artwork within 72 hours of your order, you can request a full refund.
- Cancel before we start. If you contact us before your artwork has been created, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.
What isn't covered
- Changes to details that were entered incorrectly at checkout once the artwork has been created. We're happy to make a new version as a new order.
- Requests based only on personal taste in style or the colors chosen.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
